Refund FAQ

Q1: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and supported payment gateways.

Q2: Will I receive a receipt or invoice for my payment?

Yes, a tax invoice will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email/mobile number once the payment is processed.

Q3: Can I cancel a service after making the payment?

Yes, you can cancel a service before it has commenced. If the cancellation is eligible, a refund will be issued as per our refund policy.

Q4: How do I request a refund?

To initiate a refund, please email us at accounts@jjglobal.in with your payment reference and reason. We will verify and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.

Q5: Can I change the billing details or GST number on my invoice?

Yes, you can request changes within 24 hours of payment by emailing us at accounts@jjglobal.in

Q6: What if my payment failed but the amount was debited?

If your payment fails but the amount is debited, the amount will usually be auto-reversed by your bank. If it isn’t reversed in 3–5 business days, contact us with a screenshot of the debit confirmation.
